Levels Partners with HOMITO: Invests 4.8 MSEK inProptech Venture

Stockholm, Sweden | Levels, the leading venture studio in the Nordics, announces a new venture partnership with HOMITO, a digital security solution that aims to transform the rental market for homes. With an investment of 4.8 MSEK, Levels will provide HOMITO with comprehensive support across various areas, including app development, UX design, brand development, and growth.

HOMITO’s digital security solution for landlords and tenants utilizes cutting-edge technology to protect against fraud, scams, and other potential issues that can arise during rental transactions. The platform provides a streamlined process for verifying identities, screening tenants, and managing rental agreements, ensuring peace of mind for all parties involved.

— Illegal activities such as fake listings, falsification of records, and even money laundering are not uncommon in the rental markets. With more than ten years of experience working in the rental security industry, and having been subjected to rental fraud first-hand, my idea behind HOMITO is to build a solution that matches landlords with ideal tenants from a financial and safety perspective, and partnering with Levels was the perfect way forward, says Dag Henning, founder and CEO at HOMITO. Levels' expertise and resources will be invaluable as we expand our reach and bring our solution to more landlords, tenants and real estate professionals.

— HOMITO has developed a complete solution that addresses a significant pain point in the rental market, says Linus Granborg, co-founder and CEO at Levels Digital. We are very excited to partner with Dag Henning and the HOMITO team to bring this innovative solution to the market and make rental transactions safer, more secure, and more trustworthy for everyone involved.

Since partnering with HOMITO, Levels has built a Beta version of the app which is now being tested by a select group of users, from which the feedback has been nothing but positive. The goal is to develop a sustainable app featuring top security in order to make the service safe and secure, yet cutting-edge and user-friendly.

— The rental market is ripe for disruption, and HOMITO is well-positioned to become the leading solution for securing transactions and enhancing the overall rental experience, says Linus Granborg. We are confident that this partnership will drive significant growth for HOMITO and have a positive impact on the lives of countless individuals and businesses.
