Start the rental

Register properties, buildings and units with rent level, contract and current status. When a home becomes vacant you start the rental and invite candidates directly, or share a unique application link or QR code.

Collect applications and run screening

The candidate fills in the application and adds the details and documents needed. StaySafe reviews the information and creates a structured decision basis. You follow the process, see deviations and know what needs your attention before the decision is made.

Choose tenant and sign

You choose the tenant based on a clear decision basis. HOMITO creates the lease with information already in the system and sends it for electronic signing. Every step is documented and can be reviewed afterwards.

Rent and payments

HOMITO handles rent invoices, deposits and payment information with connection to accounting systems like Fortnox. You see immediately what is invoiced, paid, late or outstanding.

During the tenancy

Contracts, documents, payments, messages, fault reports, surveys and StaySafe information follow the tenancy throughout. Everything is available in the same view.

Termination and move-out

When the contract is terminated, HOMITO follows the process all the way to move-out and makes the unit ready for the next tenant. Then a new rental begins in the same flow.
