From application to recommendation

When someone applies for a home, StaySafe reviews identity, finances, documents and background. You get a combined assessment of the candidate and a clear basis for choosing a tenant.

Identity and basic details

The applicant identifies themselves with BankID. StaySafe verifies the identity and checks that the basic details are consistent throughout the application.

Income, employment and other relevant details are assessed in relation to the rent level of the home and the requirements you have set.

07 Ongoing monitoring Payments, deviations, cases, communication and history are gathered over time. That makes changes and recurring patterns easier to spot.
08 Warnings in time Late payments, unpaid rent and other events that need attention are raised automatically, so you can act earlier.
09 Tenant wellbeing Surveys and the Health Barometer give a clearer picture of how tenants experience their home and how the property works over time.
